Dear NetBSDers,
   Everytime I intall a new version of NetBSD I have to remember (and forget
many times) to change the permissions on /tmp so that normal users can write
and not delete other users work.  Is it possible to set things up so
that this is set up correctly in the distribution of 1.2?
