Hi,

while trying to find out why "elm" doesn't display any national characters
I came to the conclusion that isprint() respectively the "_ctype" array is
responsible for this.

Are there any good reasons not to mark national characters as printables?
Or is there a way to overide this settings e.g. via an environment variable?
