FYI, kernel builds do not use the headers in /usr/include; they use
the headers from /sys/sys, &c., directly.  So executing 'make
includes' does not affect kernel builds at all.

Which port are you using?  /sys/arch/i386/include/intr.h was added to
the tree on 960512.  Sup again, and you may have better luck.
