Yup, I Know.

But tunneling is only one part. Running real IPv6 routers is needed.
There are a lot of RFCs that describe what to do how, but not many
software complies. And how do you want to test IPv6 over say X.25 if
you only run IPv6 over IPv4 over X.25?
