I'd say no; you should be either torching the "security" scan
altogether or tweaking it to match the way you really want your system
to be, since that way does not appear to match the current scan.

Besides, last I heard there were some significant bugs in nullfs,
mostly related to locking.  Perhaps they've been fixed now, but I seem
to recall hearing about them causing trouble recently....
