I have collected the bonnie results posted to current-users, added some
of my own and put them on
http://www.planix.com/netbsd/bonnie.results.html.

If anyone wants to send me their bonnie results, I'll be happy to add
them to the list.  If you do, please include

 - OS name, release and architecture 
 - raw disk speed (dd on the r device) 
 - size and percent full of the file system

Benchmark results appears to vary somewhat with the amount of free space
in the filesystem.
