per PR 2006, the FFS file system checker is now properly named
'fsck_ffs', so that at some point in the future, 'fsck' can be used as
a wrapper which will invoke a proper file system checker for non-ffs
file systems.

fsck and and its manual page are now hard links to fsck_ffs and the
fsck_ffs manual page, respectively.


This should cause no problems for anybody, now, but i just thought i'd
give y'all a heads-up, since 'fsck' is a relatively important system
binary...  8-)
