I almost posted a very stupid message a couple of days ago complaining that
I couldn't get NFS work - I then remembered that my kernel didn't have NFS
support compiled in.

It does occur to me however - is there any reason why nfsd can't check for
NFS support in the kernel, and complain if it is not present?
