Is the aic7xxx file used by the 2742 driver as well?  Can I just grab
a new aic7xxx version, insert it into my source tree and build a new
kernel?

We had another crash on the system using a 2742 SCSI adapter and we
really _have_ to do something about it now.

Has anyone worked on the 2742 driver recently?
