Now need bpfilter for ppp, since it does packet filtering.
Add files for PPP-Deflate packet compression support.

my knowledge of the ppp code is very ... minimal, but, why
do we need to put this in to the pppd when there are several
packages available that already do packet filtering ?

indeed, my TODO list includes evaluating them all and
suggesting one for inclusion into netbsd..

our kernel has grown _SO_ much since 1.1 -- mine personally,
on the psarc, has increased ~200K!

why can't the ppp compression code be done in pppd ? or
are the protocols handled at the wrong level ?
