Subject: NCSA httpd 1.5 has problems?

I can't think of anything that has changed, but all of a sudden httpd
1.5 from NCSA cannot read http://www.flame.org/~explorer/, for example.
The internal path is translated correctly into /home/explorer/WWW/,
but other paths fail...
I hate to ask, but did either the compiler or the libraries break
recently? :)
I get paths like this:
[Wed Mar 13 03:58:38 1996] HTTPd: access to
/home/explorer/WWW/Security/explorer@iastate.edu.asc failed for
packrat.flame.org, reason: No file matching URL: /~expl/WWW/Security/explorer@iastate.edu.asc from -
Now, this seems bad, but it all ``just worked'' before ;)
Is anyone else seeing this, or is it just me?
