Anyone using the larger brother of the zip drive, the jaz?  Its quite a bit
more expensive, but has a 12ms access time, rather than 30, and each $100
disk holds a gig.  

I've been eyeing one of these as a backup device and for an external hd to
use with my mac laptop.  I realize there was a vast amount of traffic wrt
zip drives on this list about a month ago, comments should probally not be 
CC'ed to this list.
