	In standard gcc installations, it's something like...

/usr/gnu/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-unknown-netbsd1.1./2.7.2/specs

	I couldn't find where it is with our installation.  The specs
file has a number of behaviours defined in it.  It basically says what
args are used by default in different situations for each program gcc
accesses during a compile/link process.
