include.tar.gz, config.old.tar.gz, cvs.tar.gz and sup.tar.gz doesn't seems
to be replaced in ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-current/tar_files.
include.tar.gz is two weeks old, and the rest is even older. Something
seems to be wrong.
