It is really easy to browse our gnats-database with the www-frontend.
Just to check I started netscape right now and entered the number 1922
and pressed retrieve and the PR is shown right now while I write this
mail. Here I quote the audit trail:

>Audit-Trail:
State-Changed-From-To: open-closed
State-Changed-By: pk
State-Changed-When: Wed Jan 10 15:52:42 EST 1996
State-Changed-Why:
Patch applied (sys/kern.c revision 1.64).

It's really easy to use. Just http://www.netbsd.org and then follow the
link to "Query our bugs database" or go directly to
http://www.netbsd.org/Misc/query-pr.html
