I never saw any problem with the build.  Note that '-traditional-cpp'
is already passed to the assembler via NORMAL_S and NORMAL_S_C.  After
I applied my fix, I didn't see any problem with the depend, either;
hence PR kern/2050.

What problems are you seeing?
