I am pretty sure this is not true (you might be thinking of Sun's buggy
tmpfs). It's my understanding that MFS just takes memory from the regular
VM pool (in fact, I'm pretty sure that the user-space MFS daemon just
malloc's it). It would be cool if this was the case, though :-)
