I think there is more of a problem than byte ordering.
Sparc and 68k use the same ordering I believe.

One reader on the NeXT groups said that the NEXT uses
4.3 filesystem with "modifications".

I did retry with a CDROM set to read 512 byte sectors.
(hardware default. I don't know what the drivers may have reset
it to );
I got the same error message about the superblock.

I haven't tried reading off to a file and using a virtual
fs yet. I don't have the space.
