Ummmm, this is not true.  I've got 96MB of RAM in my news server, and
NetBSD addresses it all (and has PCI cards).  In order to get NetBSD
to see above 64MB takes a little kernel hack that was posted to
current-users a while ago, but it certainly works fine without any
hacks upto 64MB.
