I've spent the day banging on sendmail.cf's out of the
usr.sbin/sendmail/cf directory.  I have made both uucp-only and uucp
w/ smtp .cf's and neither of them work.

	Sendmail is happy with either, but hangs after firing up uux.
The E field in the still spooled mail files in /var/spool/mqueue says
that it timed out while waiting for greeting from the mailer.

	It sounds like I'm close here, but I need to do something to
fix it... what's the secret?
