It would be nice for those of use who just patch the
skeleton of stuff we are allowed to see, if a there
was a 'current.skelsec' supable which contains:

all the Makefiles and the files which don't have
des-stuff in them.

Also is KTH/Norway 'ftp.kth.se which is in sweden' 
or do they share their stuff ?

that very little of the changes being made in the US
are not exportable. (i.e. prototype fixes don't fall
under that category etc.)
