In principle I agree, though I bet in practice there won't be much
documentation on such stuff.

Well, man pages on the buses and how they are handled might be
reasonable, but would one really need a directory devoted to multiple
pages for a given bus? I suspect that one might refer to pci(9) or
pcmcia(9) and not to a directory of such pages.
