The BSD-4.4 docs do say we provide an f77.  It *appears* to work (I'm
using g77/gcc-271/binutils-2.6), and I'm wondering if this is worth doing
for the 1.2 release.

Anyone using Amigas wanting to build binutils-2.6: bfd will not build
correctly.  Remove the heuristic that m68k-cbm-netbsd is always AMIX/elf,
and it will work.
