Whenever an /etc/remote entry has "du" in it, it doesn't dial out;
in fact, it doesn't even take the modem off-hook.

The "pn=@etc-phone-entry" option doesn't work in /etc/remote.

The cu/tip/remote/phone manpages are confusing and outdated.
