I've been FTPing sparc stuff from ftp.netbsd.org.

The /arch/sparc/binary stuff FTPed OK, but when I grab the kernels from
/install, the transfer dies at 1067*1024 bytes.  Connection reset by peer.
I've tried both kernels.

There is no disk quota problem at my site.  There are no known network
problems.  I tried both SunOS and NetBSD FTP clients.

What gives?
