Most standards are like this, as the majority of the various standards
organizations funding comes from sales of their standards.

I looked at the X/Open www reference that was previously posted, and
it looks like this particular standard is $66.00.  

Standards are expensive, and there are a lot of different standards we
use while we make changes to NetBSD.
