Subject: OPOST not set for network and serial ports

	Oct. 18 sup, full kernel and system rebuild and install on
	m68k Amiga port.

	On all terminals, i.e. serial ports and pty's, but the console OPOST
	is not set after login so things look bad. Any idea what's up? Does
	this happen on any other port?
