This is certainly a nice offer which should be considered,
It has obvious plus-points:
1)	a working/tested site (not somebody doing it the first time.)
2)	presumably .za (zouth africa, zaire, zamibia ?) is not covered
	by silly laws about cryptographie.
but it has one obvious drawback:
1) it's on a 256k-line and the ping times are between 1.5 and 2 seconds...

Still it might be the only place not covered by laws.
