Unfortunately, you haven't really given me much information here ... For
example, what does dmesg say? Can you reproduce this reliably (i.e. does
it happen every time, or whatever)?

The condition you're describing is something I haven't seen at all, and,
in fact, it's not terribly likely to occur. What the panic is basically
saying is:

A buffer which was never sent to ccd0 for processing has
completed. I don't know how to deal with this. *punt*

Where either of these devices being used elsewhere? (I.e. were they
mounted or something? I explicitly disallowed use of a component device
if it is already being referenced ... but, it's possible I missed something.

Finally, if you'd like to send a bug report, _PLEASE_ use send-pr. A
properly filled out PR is much more valuable to someone attempting to fix
a bug than Yet Another Piece Of Email. PRs usually stand out in pile of
mail, and also provide an audit trail.
