I would say yes also, provide 1.9.4 (or whatever it is) fixes the
major problems with 1.8.5 (latest I have). Why should a ncurses
app core dump when you call 'has_colors', no matter _what_ you have
for TERM? (i.e. vt220, vt100, ansi, pc3, pcvt25h)
Also, we need a decent terminfo entry for PCVT (maybe upgrade to 3.30?)
so you can run color with PCVT.
