I'm not sure if tech-kern, tech-userlevel or current-users is the most
appropriate place for this, I chose current-users this time...

I'm trying to get Informix 4.10 for SVR4 up on a NetBSD/i386 box
running -current 950822.  So far the only fix needed was to
svr4_fcntl.c, which I'll submit in a PR soon.

Now I have a peculiarity which is:

I	Firing up "i4gl" doesn't set the tty parameters correctly.

II	Firing up "ktrace i4gl" *will* set them up correctly.

Why could that be?  A race condition?  Any ideas accepted..
