I've just checked in a new version of the `ccd' (concatenated disk
driver). This new version works (or should work) with all ports that can
talk to disks. It has been tested on the i386, hp300, and sparc.

Notables:
		* Not restricted to config.old ports.

		* 8-component limit is gone.

		* Run-time dynamic configuration and unconfiguration
		  with a simple utility. No more need to re-compile
		  the kernel to add or remove components, or change
		  the interleave factor.

		* Supports disklabels.

		* Lots of internal changes. See code for more
		  information.  :-)

Make sure to read the ccdconfig(8) and ccd(4) manual pages for details on
how to configure a ccd. If you're currently using a ccd (presumably on
an hp300), note that the ccd line in your kernel configuration file has
to change.

For those interested, I'll be posting a performance analysis of a fairly
large ccd (hopefully) within the next month.

Thanx everybody who suggested changes and helped test this code.
