Hear hear. I've often wondered why the ordering wasn't
> 0: shutdown
> 1: go to single user mode
> 2: turn on networking
> 3: go to multi-user mode
It's exceedingly unusual in a modern system that you would care to go
multiuser without the network configured, whereas it's quite likely
that you'd want to configure the network while still running single
user.
I also don't see why ``init 6'' is more intuitive than ``reboot'', but
that's a quark of a different flavour...
