Just a minor nit,

on boot my system always says:

> ahb0 at isa0 port 0x1000-0x1fff irq 11: model 1740 or 1742, revision 2
> scsibus0 at ahb0
> ahb0 targ 0 lun 0: <QUANTUM, LPS525S, 3100> SCSI2 0/direct fixed
> sd0 at scsibus0: 501MB, 2448 cyl, 6 head, 69 sec, 512 bytes/sec
> ahb0 targ 1 lun 0: <HP, C3325A, 4299> SCSI2 0/direct fixed
> sd1 at scsibus0: 2069MB, 3703 cyl, 9 head, 127 sec, 512 bytes/sec
> ahb0 targ 4 lun 0: <TOSHIBA, CD-ROM XM-3501TA, 2694> SCSI2 5/cdrom removable
> cd0 at scsibus0: drive empty
                   ^^^^^^^^^^^

even if drive cd0 is not empty. Is this a SCSI driver bug or does my
CD-ROM lie? Does anybody get no "drive empty" message for a SCSI CD-ROM?

Martin

(This is on a i386, but I guess the same SCSI code is used by nearly
all ports...)
