Sort of.  I'm talking to "MajorBBS", and I can get mail *from* them.
Weaknesses:

1.  You must build a sendmail.cf that supports uucp; look in
/usr/src/usr.sbin/sendmail/cf[/cf].

2.  I can get mail to spool in /usr/spool/uucp, but I *still* don't get
mail to their site.  No idea why.
