Running -current (well, a week old):

rpc.bootparamd build fails - can't find <stropts.h>

rpcgen's output includes this file, but it is not in /usr/include.

rpcgen was updated from the source snapshot before building rpc.boottparamd.
I also got the latest includes and rpcgen from ftp.netbsd.org.  They
appear to have the same problem.  So where's stropts.h?
