Seagate, like many other drive manufacturers (Quantum, Conner, etc.)
has an 800 number you can call 24-hours a day and get an automated
system where you can get any information on any drive, via a
touch-tone phone. Since I don't own a Seagate drive, I don't have the
number for Seagate anymore. But, you could call any decent mail-order
house who has a good service department, and they should be happy to
give you Seagate's 800 number.
