This all depends on the timeout values set, of course.

Nah, the primary name server for is still
emitting the old address.  Seems it's not been updated yet.  I
note that the TTL for's A record is set
to 1 hour and the refersh timer for is also 1
hours, so when the A record is updated it will take a maximum of
two hours to propagate to the rest of the net.
