Nah, the primary name server for cs.berkeley.edu is still
   emitting the old address.  Seems it's not been updated yet.  I
   note that the TTL for sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu's A record is set
   to 1 hour and the refersh timer for cs.berkeley.edu is also 1
   hours, so when the A record is updated it will take a maximum of
   two hours to propagate to the rest of the net.

Um, why is this relevant?  You should be using `netbsd.org' for mail
and `ftp.netbsd.org' or `sup.netbsd.org' for other traffic.  If you're
using sun-lamp's address explicitly, you are destined to lose.
