I haven't used the XView stuff directly very much--mostly I just use my
port of the WorkMan CD player.  So I can't comment much on clipboard
errors, sorry!

The XView stuff should work fine under an X11R6 server, and with X11R6
libraries (I think that's how I compiled it last time around).
