due to a configuration error at my site after upgrading from
smtp{d,post} 1.3 to 1.4 some of my received mail were immediately sent
back out to all recipients mentioned in the header.

I'm deeply sorry to have caused such inconvenience. My configuration is
(basically) back at the former state and tested.
