there is a post from me from august last year (i think) that contains
what i've used as my MH set up.  it also includes support for a shared
libmh.so under netbsd (it saved me 5meg of disk on my sparc).  there
is also a MH config file, that works, but really needs a
`options WAITINT', and if you use POP, you'll need to fix a link of
popd (-lcrypt).
