Subject: trouble with new cpu_reset function on NetBSD/i386

The new cpu_reset function causes a hard hang on my machine.
Commenting out the part that plays with the keyboard controller
fixes this for me.

I've a Cherry MY-3000 keyboard and an ISA/VLB motherboard with an OPTI495SX
chipset, AMI-BIOS and AMI keyboard controller.
