I use quotas on filesystems that external users have write access to.
That's two filesystems one is tiny (10Mb) the other is (after last
filsystem shuffle) rather large (900Mb).  Think I might revisit that :-)

Quotacheck takes a noticable time during boot.  Skipping it where
possible sounds cool.
