Has anyone experienced sup problems from the German (wipux2) supserver?

I'm supping from there, and got a number of files in the kernel source
truncated. Since we had a power fail the other day, i did a complete
resup, but the same files are truncated at the same length. Is it
an error at that site, or should i look elsewhere for the problem?
