I've fixed it in the repository, but I don't own the checked-out ftp
tree, so I can't fix it there.

BTW, there's no need to be snippy.   I realize that it's inconvenient
for you that my umask setting combined with several stupid design
assumptions in CVS resulted in you being unable to sup a file, but I
certainly didn't intend to cause you any inconvenience.
