	Is there a reason why the definition of these types is not
	wrapped within #ifdef _KERNEL? It seems to me that they
	shouldn't be visible to user-level programs. The reason I'm
	asking is that I'm using a NetBSD machine as a host for
	building Mach, and obviously the definitions conflict.

Excuse me, but didn't I tell you there's NO HOPE for the
 survival of OFFSET PRINTING?
