I just hooked up a dedicated PPP link on leased line yesterday,
and I am suddenly experiencing lockups due to "No buffer space"
available messages about every 6 hours.  This seems to be
worse if I have a very poor ftp or sup connection to another
site.

The connection is over a 28.8 link using PPP with the only change
being the addition of "passive" into my PPP options file.

I am running current supped yesterday, but this has occured with
a kernel that was about 1 month old, and another about 2 weeks old.


Any ideas?
