Are people aware that /bin/csh is probably not legal for us?  Check with BSDI's
lawyers if you wish, but it's quite probable that it was a mistake for csh
to be left in the distribution, and that the only reason no one does anything
about this is that there's no one using it with enough money to justify a
lawsuit.  Any commentary from those more versed in such things than I?
