the zoneinfo file for Australia/Victoria is out of date, i've just noticed.
our day light savings ends on the last sunday of march, but the zoneinfo
file says it'll change on thie sunday.  new datafiles are available from
ftp://munnari.oz.au/pub/tzdata94h.tar.Z..

read the zic man page to see how to compile a new set, if you need to.

i'll send a pr about this later.  i just wanted to let people know that
their computers are going to lose this weekend asap.  :-)
